We are not a large music agency. Arco Music is a group of select professional string musicians who have been performing together for about ten years. All of our musicians have advanced degrees in music performance and are active members of multiple symphony orchestras in the state of Louisiana.
We have years of experience performing for public and private events. Our musicians can create the perfect atmosphere at any venue, whether it is a small wedding ceremony in your back yard or corporate event in a ballroom (please see a full list of services we provide here). The sophistication of our live music will set the right mood for you and your guests.
We are based in Lafayette, Louisiana, and travel within a 100 mile radius. Our most commonly visited cities are Baton Rouge, New Iberia, Abbeville, Broussard, Opelousas, New Orleans, Morgan City, Franklin, Gonzales, and Lake Charles.
Our repertoire consists of classical, pop, rock, jazz and traditional music. Our music selection list is growing constantly as we make it a priority to satisfy our clients’ requests. Depending on the occasion and venue we can advise on personalizing your song selections. In addition to classical favorites and easy listening songs, we offer seasonal music selections especially popular around Christmas time. String Ensembles
We perform mostly as string trio or string quartet, but other instrument combinations are available as well to accommodate different budgets. There is also an option to add keyboard/piano, trumpet or vocals to any of the string ensembles. Price ranges and list of services available here.
